PCOS is not a failure of willpower.

A wellness companion for PCOS

Your body isn’t a puzzle.
It’s a rhythm.

Maira gives you one gentle estimate each day, looks at meals without counting a single calorie, reads your cycle as a season, and remembers what matters to you, so you never have to explain yourself twice.

What living with PCOS can feel like

Tired of being told to
“just lose weight”

Most apps were built for someone else’s body. They count, score and judge, and none of it explains why today felt so different from yesterday.

  • Seven-minute appointments that end with “diet and exercise”
  • Apps that turn every meal into a number and a verdict
  • Cravings that feel like a lack of discipline, when they may be hormonal
  • An irregular cycle that ordinary period trackers don’t understand
  • Retelling your whole history to every new app and every new doctor

“Why do I feel so different from one day to the next?”

It’s one of the most common questions women with PCOS ask. The answer is rarely one thing. It’s usually your sleep, your meals and your cycle, together.

You don’t need more rules. You need to see your own patterns.

Maira helps you notice how your days, meals and cycle tend to feel, so everyday choices get a little easier.

How Maira works

No questionnaire. No counting.
No shame.

Three simple ideas, built around the way your days actually go.

01

One gentle number a day

Your daily Bloom is an estimate drawn from sleep and steps in Apple Health, the meals you show Maira, and how you say you feel. Tell her the day is heavy, and the number listens.

“It believes you.”
02

Food is information, never a verdict

Snap a plate or search a dish. Maira estimates how steadying it may be and suggests one small addition, like a katori of curd, never a removal. Nothing is forbidden.

“Add, don’t subtract.”
03

A companion who remembers

Chat with Maira any time. She remembers your patterns, your routine and what matters to you, and you can see or delete anything she remembers.

“Never explain yourself twice.”

Everything in one calm place

Your whole picture,
without the overwhelm

Your cycle, as a season

See which phase you’re likely in and what often comes with it. Built for irregular cycles, with every prediction labelled as an estimate.

Meals by photo or search

A curated catalogue of everyday Indian food, photo recognition and barcode scanning. You always confirm what gets saved.

Medication reminders

Gentle reminders for medicines and supplements, and a simple record of what you took. Maira never suggests or changes doses.

Lab reports in one place

Photograph a lab report and Maira reads the values for you to check and save, so your history is ready when you need it.

A summary for your doctor

Share a clear summary of your meals, cycle, medications and labs before an appointment, instead of trying to remember it all in the room.

Support on heavy days

If a conversation suggests you’re struggling, Maira responds with care and shows real people you can call. She never pretends to be one.

Yours, and never sold

Your health story
belongs to you.

Your history lives in your private account, so a new phone never costs you it. It is never sold, never used for ads, and you decide what the AI features see.

Why we built Maira

PCOS is common, and yet so many women are left to figure it out alone, between short appointments and apps that make them feel like they’re failing.

We wanted something kinder: a companion that notices patterns instead of handing out rules, speaks in estimates instead of verdicts, and sees a hard day as information, not a setback. Maira is built in Hyderabad, for everyday Indian life, and for every woman who has been told it’s all in her control.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Maira a doctor or a medical service?

No. Maira is a wellness companion. She doesn’t diagnose, treat, prescribe or predict fertility, and everything she estimates is labelled as an estimate. Please keep seeing your doctor, and talk to them before changing anything about your care.

Do I need a PCOS diagnosis to use Maira?

No. Maira is for women living with PCOS, those who think they might have it, and anyone with insulin resistance who wants steadier days.

Does Maira count calories?

No, and she never will. Maira suggests what you might add to a plate, never what to remove. There are no streaks and no shame.

What is shared with AI, and can I say no?

Some features, like chat, meal photos and reading lab reports, use OpenAI. Maira asks your permission first and lists exactly what is sent. If you say no, you can still log everything by hand, and you can change your mind any time in Settings.

Where is Maira available?

Maira is launching first on iPhone in India. Android and other countries may come later.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Your account and everything in it are deleted from your phone and our servers straight away.
